Chapel Hill Branch Restocks the Little Free Library on September 27, 2026

On September 27, 2026, volunteers from the Chapel Hill Branch visited the Little Free Library near the Gene Strowd Community Rose Garden along the Bolin Creek Trail. The volunteers brought in additional books and organized the collection, which includes children’s books as well as fiction and nonfiction for adult readers.

The Little Free Library provides a convenient way for people in the neighborhood to pick up a book or leave one for others to enjoy. By helping keep the library stocked, the Chapel Hill Branch hopes to encourage reading and make it easier for community members to share books and discover new ones.

Volunteers who participated in this event were Alwin Liu (1 hour), Leah Yang (1 hour), and Rachel Wang (1 hour).
