On September 27, 2026, volunteers from the AYLUS Chapel Hill Branch gathered at Bolin Creek Trail and the nearby Town Community Center Park for a community cleanup. Volunteers walked along the trail and surrounding areas, picking up litter such as plastic bottles, food wrappers, and other trash.
The cleanup helped keep the area clean and welcoming for people enjoying the trail and park. By giving their time to care for a shared community space, AYLUS Chapel Hill volunteers contributed to a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone.
Volunteers who participated in this event were Alwin Liu (1 hour), Leah Yang (1 hour), and Rachel Wang (1 hour).
