They followed staff instructions, communicated clearly with patients, and provided reassurance to those who felt nervous or unfamiliar with the hospital environment. Their assistance helped maintain efficiency and comfort across different departments.
Through this experience, volunteers strengthened their understanding of responsibility and compassion in healthcare. The event reflected Newtown AYLUS’s ongoing commitment to meaningful community service and support for local medical institutions.
