On January 17th, members of the Syosset AYLUS joined the Long Island Native Plant Initiative (LINPI) to assist with their support for local environmental initiatives. Members also assisted with removing seeds from the mature plants of 2 species, creating a larger supply of these seeds. Members were also involved in transporting materials to the compost, and dropping them off.
