On 7/26/25, members of Syosset AYLUS volunteered at the CCE Nassau Farmer’s Market. Members helped set up booths, displaying information about each and every booth, with brochures, coloring sheets, and signs. Additionally, members helped managed booths and assist costumers, as well as welcoming them and answering their questions about the market. Members also kept a visitor count during the event, monitoring the number of adults and youth that came in to the market. Outside of the booths, members walked around the market helping shoppers with their bags, giving general information about the market and directing people to the Taste New York vendor in SAC house on the other side of the parking lot. Towards the closing of the market, members helped pack up and clean up the market.
