From 4:30 to 5:30 PM on Saturday, November 15, the Bellaire Branch of AYLUS volunteered at Evelyn’s Park.
Evelyn’s Park, a five-acre community green space in Bellaire known for its public art, recreational areas, and outdoor space for visitors of all ages, recently served as the site of a cleanup organized by the AYLUS Bellaire Branch. Volunteers collected litter, including plastic bottles, snack wrappers, and discarded utensils, from across the park grounds. By the conclusion of the event, participants had filled and properly disposed of three bags of trash, contributing to the preservation of the park’s clean, welcoming environment for the surrounding community.
3 AYLUS volunteers participated in this event (11/15, 1 hour): Selina Yuan, Isabel Li, and Yiqian Long
