On November 2nd, 2025, AYLUS Syosset held its 17th volunteer basketball session at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park. Volunteers Gary (16) and Danny (13) led basic drills and friendly scrimmages for kids ages six and up, while younger children played nearby. The activity encouraged teamwork, fitness, and community spirit among local families.
Parents and volunteers prepared homemade bone broth soup and brought fresh snacks and drinks, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. The event reflected AYLUS Syosset’s dedication to promoting youth leadership and healthy outdoor activities through consistent community engagement. Unfortunately, due to sickness, coach Rick is absent today.
