On September 20, 2025, AYLUS volunteers gathered at the Frisco Environmental Collection Center to donate used batteries. The batteries were collected from members of the community for donation and processing. Recycling batteries allows for producers to reuse non-renewable materials. It also reduces the possibility of harmful pollutants entering the environment and harming the ecosystem.
