On November 9th, AYLUS Houston members dedicated their morning to volunteering at the KCM Resale Center from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., contributing to the organization’s mission of supporting local families in need. Volunteers worked at two separate locations: Kingsland and the 5510 First Street site, providing assistance wherever needed.
At both locations, members engaged in sorting and organizing donated items, ensuring that the resale centers were well-prepared to serve the community. Their efforts helped streamline the process of making affordable goods accessible to families while supporting the programs and services funded by the resale centers.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the KCM Resale Center for the opportunity to contribute to their impactful work. Additionally, we thank our volunteers for their dedication, hard work, and willingness to serve the community. Their efforts exemplify the power of teamwork and the positive difference that youth can make.
AYLUS Houston looks forward to continuing this partnership and finding more ways to support organizations like KCM that make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
