On October 13th, 2024, AYLUS volunteers in Steppingstone Park picked up the weeds, while some picked up trash. We had 19 people in the park, with each group having 4 people. Moreover, we picked up trash, such as tissue paper, plastic, or anything else, if we saw them. Using our determination and passion of keeping the park clean, we were able to finish the task in a short amount of time, making our time and work productive and efficient.
After finishing the job, everyone did good work cleaning up the park. We also collected a lot of weeds and trash. Throughout the event, we were able to demonstrate teamwork and worked together towards a common goal. Although we did work hard, we were able to keep a balance of friendliness and respect towards each other.
