Today on May 11th we made bracelets to prepare for TMMTD and McKinney Public Library’s East & West Fest for next weekend. Since this was the first time making bracelets for most of the team members, we started off the event by learning the proper way to make a bracelet. Some of these things included learning how to tread the gems on the string and also how to tie it severely at the end to insure that the bracelet wouldn’t break and that it looked its best. Once that was done we started making bracelets. The rest of the time was pretty calm as we just made bralette while we socialized and talked. At the end, we cleaned up and made sure leaving no trashes behind us. Overall it was a fun experience like the bracelet making events in the past. We enjoyed the nice facility at Grove Club house and all got to meet some new people.
