On August 29, 2026, Murrieta AYLUS members worked at Jacob’s House Garden.
Members were excited to harvest more fresh produce from the garden, including more beefsteak and Roma tomatoes and eggplants. After last week’s harvest, it was wonderful to see that the plants were continuing to produce more fresh vegetables. All of the freshly harvested produce was then delivered to Jacob’s House kitchen to be enjoyed by the residents living there.
As usual, members did light trimming on the tomato trees and eggplants trees, as well as light maintenance that to removed weeds ,watered all of the plants, cleaned up the leaves etc.
