On Sunday, June 26, 2026, volunteers from the Chapel Hill Aylus Branch visited the Carol Woods Retirement Community in Chapel Hill for a live music performance. The group, consisting of one violinist and four pianists, shared a variety of classical pieces with the residents. Each volunteer performed individually, presenting their own musical selections.
The residents enjoyed the performances and showed their appreciation through smiles, applause, and positive feedback. The event brought joy and connection to the community through the shared experience of music. This program will continue, with future performances planned for the third Sunday of each month.
