On Tuesday, July 14th, Great Neck AYLUS held its weekly tutoring session from 6:00–7:00 PM at the Great Neck Station Library. With fewer students attending during summer break, tutors were able to spend more time working individually with each student. Olivia helped a student review coding concepts and answered questions to reinforce their understanding. Junlin worked with a student on Pre-Algebra, explaining math concepts. Overall, the tutoring session gave students the opportunity to strengthen their skills in a supportive and engaging environment. The next tutoring session will be held on Thursday, July 16th.
