AYLUS Frisco & Plano Branch Volunteering Event at FMSC on June 13,2026

Reported by Ryan Ma

On June 13, 2025, we volunteered at, a Christian nonprofit dedicated to ending world hunger. The event began at 7:15 PM.

During the session, we packed MannaPack Rice, which is specially designed to combat malnutrition and includes four essential components: vitamins, vegetables, soy, and rice. Volunteers were assigned a variety of roles—labeling, packaging, sealing, and working in the warehouse—with clear instructions provided for each step. To keep the atmosphere lively, music played in the background and groups competed in fun challenges to see who could pack the most boxes. Our team worked together at Table 1.

After about an hour and 45 minutes of packing, we transitioned to cleanup. By the end of the evening, our collective efforts resulted in 116 boxes packed, which equates to 25,056 meals—enough to feed 68 children for an entire year.

It was both a meaningful and enjoyable experience, combining teamwork, service, and a shared commitment to fighting hunger.
