Over the past two weeks, a member of the AYLUS St. Louis Branch had the opportunity to volunteer at The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum Summer Camp, supporting children ages 8–11 in a fun and engaging learning environment.
The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that will engage all children with hands-on learning experiences that spark imagination, pique curiosity, enhance creativity and develop problem-solving skills within a place of beauty, wonder, joy and magic.
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day, Ryan assisted camp counselors by supervising activities, helping children with arts and crafts projects, guiding them through exhibits, and encouraging exploration and creativity throughout the museum. He also helped ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all campers.
