AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch Volunteers at ALFC Generosity Center on 06/06/26

On June 6, 2026, youth volunteers from the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch came together for a service project at the ALFC Generosity Center in Rancho Cucamonga. Driven by enthusiasm and a strong sense of community responsibility, the volunteers devoted their morning to supporting food distribution efforts for local families in need. Working from 7:20 AM to 1:00 PM, each volunteer contributed 5.5 hours of service.
Throughout the morning, volunteers sorted fresh fruits and vegetables, organized donated food items, and assembled grocery packages for distribution. Their careful work ensured that food resources were properly organized and ready to reach individuals and families facing food insecurity.
The project called for dedication, cooperation, and close attention to detail. Volunteers worked efficiently side by side, demonstrating strong teamwork while helping the center maintain a smooth and effective distribution process. The experience also gave them a deeper appreciation for the vital role community organizations play in supporting those in need.
As the service day drew to a close, volunteers reflected on the difference their efforts would make for local households. The day reinforced the values of generosity, service, and community involvement, while giving participants the chance to contribute directly to a meaningful cause.
Once again, this event reflected the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch’s ongoing commitment to community service and civic engagement. By generously giving their time and energy, these volunteers helped strengthen local support networks and made a real difference in the lives of others.
