On May 31, 2026, AYLUS Murrieta members volunteered at Atria Park of Vintage Hills Senior Living Center. Members split into teams and headed to either the library or the ice cream parlor, where they would perform for and spend time with the residents.
When they arrived, they were happy to see several seniors already gathered and chatting with one another in anticipation of the performance. Members played a variety of piano pieces, ranging from lively jazz selections to soothing classical music. As the music filled the building, more residents were drawn to the performance and joined the audience to listen and enjoy the afternoon.
Before leaving, members helped clean up the ice cream parlor, counter and tables. The visit was another enjoyable opportunity to share music, brighten the residents’ day, and create connections with the seniors.
