On April 18, the Frisco/Plano Branch of AYLUS organized another Art in Action session at a local community location (3007 Bunting Dr), continuing its postcard initiative in support of AnyRefugee. The event provided a focused setting where participants could contribute creatively while engaging in meaningful volunteer work.
During the two-hour session, students worked on postcard designs, combining structured guidance with personal creativity. The environment remained collaborative and efficient, with volunteers assisting in material preparation and providing support as needed. The smaller group size allowed for more individualized attention and a steady workflow throughout the event.
At the conclusion of the activity, participants completed their postcards and contributed to the broader initiative with a sense of accomplishment. The session demonstrated how smaller-scale gatherings can still create a meaningful and impactful experience.
