The AYLUS Farmington Branch volunteered at the 11th Annual East Farms Spring Ahead 5K. With the event facing a significant staff shortage, our volunteer stepped up to provide 6 hours of essential, continuous support, ensuring the race and community festivities ran smoothly from start to finish.
Volunteer Service Records
• 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Event Setup: Assisted with logistics, equipment setup, and course marking to prepare for the runners.
• 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Raffle Tables: Managed fundraising stations and engaged with community participants during the peak of the event.
• 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM | Extended Cleanup: Voluntarily extended the shift by 30 minutes to complete a full site breakdown, ensuring the campus was left in pristine condition.
