On April 14th, 2024, six members of the Frisco & Plano AYLUS branch collected donations, sold products, and handed flyers to promote Obamacare, Light and Salt Association, and All of Us Research Program. All organizations aim to promote healthcare support for lower-income individuals and/or families.

Our first shift members arrived ahead of time to set up our stand, with four other members arriving for the afternoon shift. From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, our members sold handmade gemstone bracelets, rings, various plants, and second-hand items. We displayed three trifold posters around our stand, and handed out flyers for passersby to receive information about our aforementioned causes. The six members alternated advertising our wares by drawing the attention of nearby people.

We hope that these programs our volunteers have devoted their effort to will benefit our community through better healthcare equality. Thank you to all of our hardworking members of this event!
