On March 16, 2024, AYLUS members Ryan Tang and Catherine Sun, along with other volunteers cleaned the streets and driveways in a 55+ senior community. Every spring, a lot of fallen leaves will be stacked on the streets and it took a lot of efforts for the residents to clean up and keep the streets clean and tidy. This is especially burdensome for the seniors. The cleanup aimed to help the seniors in our local community. This cleanup activity not only made a tangible difference in the cleanliness of the community but also left a positive impression on the seniors for AYLUS organization.
This event took 3 hours, from 3pm to 6pm.
