On 1/17/2024, Aylus Great Neck still hosted the Scrabble game for kids and their parents. The activity started at the Great Neck Station Branch Library.
Two volunteers, Kevin Zhang and Zixi Zhang, and the kid with his parent joined the game. We learnt new vocabulary through the Scrabbles. This time we used the dictionary as an assistant to help to review the words later. Kevin helped them to understand the words as well.
We cut the game short before the library closed. The game was productive and fun.
