Members of AYLUS Basking Ridge attended the Somerset Hills YMCA volunteer open house, at 140 Mount Airy Road, Basking Ridge, New Jersey, to promote AYLUS youth volunteerism. During the open house, our members talked to several Somerset Hill YMCA admin members. They discussed existing volunteer programs in the YMCA and potential volunteer programs AYLUS Basking Ridge might bring to the local community. They provided insight into their programs and what they can provide us with, for example, their Live Strong program, diabetes program, and a tutoring program for younger children at a church in Somerville. Somerset Hills YMCA also welcome AYLUS Basking Ridge to open new programs to help the community in their location.
