Reported by Adora Xiao :

On Sunday, November 5, Murrieta AYLUS members lended a hand to local senior centers.
At Torrey Pines Senior Living: The residents were given noodles to work out with, then were led through a stretching routine. After they grew tired, the volunteers opened the doors to let in a little sun, and read the daily chronicle. The residents took turns reading before they were brought outside to enjoy the garden and fresh air. The volunteers spooned fruit and poured juice and water as the residents’ snack, and after they’d finished the food the residents were taken out on walks. Afterwards, the residents were taken into the dining room for lunch.
