Greater Triangle AYLUS Kung Fu Training for Depressed Teenagers (9th) on 3/26/2022

On March 26, 2022, AYLUS Greater Triangle boycotted the Chinese Kung Fu training for depressed teenagers for the 9th time. According to the “Daily Mail”, researchers from Harvard Medical School released the results of an experiment in which depressed patients learned and practiced Chinese martial arts – Tai Chi. A surprising finding was found among those tested, their levels of depression and anxiety dropped significantly.

In the epidemic era, online classes and masks are used, social interaction is less, and teenagers are more or less depressed. Through the training of Chinese Kung Fu, they gradually become sunny and happy, and they also lead the younger brothers and sisters in the community to do volunteer work together with their parents. That is, to strengthen the body, improve the mental outlook, and serve the community.
