AYLUS Basking Ridge members participated in the YMCA SIM Program’s first session of the year. Location: YMCA, 140 Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 During the annual training, volunteers reviewed the program’s goals, plans, and expectations for the upcoming year.
Volunteers also inspected, organized, and prepared all necessary equipment to ensure everything was ready for the program’s official opening the following week. After the training session concluded, all volunteers stayed beyond the scheduled hours to assist with cleanup and ensure the facility was properly prepared.
This activity provided an opportunity for volunteers to support the program’s successful launch while strengthening their understanding of the program’s mission and operational needs.
