On June 27, 2023, AYLUS volunteers helped with class at the Light and Salt Association’s SMILE Day camp.
The day started with a skills lesson with Ms. Zowei followed by ukulele lessons. The following
activities were an art project led by Haoqi, and the day ended with Derek teaching students how to shadowbox in his games activity. Throughout the day, volunteers walked around the classroom and made sure to pay attention to all the students who needed help.
