On Sunday, February 5th, volunteers from the AYLUS Columbus Branch performed a Music for You concert at the Senior Star at the Dublin Retirement Village. From 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., volunteers played music for the senior residents on the piano and viola. The volunteers played a variety of classical repertoire, from sonatas to an accompanied viola concerto. Turnout for the performance was great, and the residents enjoyed the music. We also received a music request for Schubert’s Ave Maria, which we hope to perform at the next event. The volunteers continue to share their love and talent for music with their community.
