On January 2nd, AYLUS Pearland members Aila Jiang, Alex Sun, William Sun, and Wendy Yin shared their internship projects with the branch. The four officers and leads are interns at the Light and Salt Association, whom AYLUS has been working closely with for almost 3 years. The interns are learning about community advocacy and will produce an outreach project on a selected topic through different ways such as a website, social media platform, or forum. The interns also shared their experiences with working with LSA and encouraged the attendees to consider the opportunity for the upcoming cohort.
