Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home (#110)

On July 31, Sugar Land Branch continued Stay Fit At Home exercise sessions. We started with a warm up of jumping jacks, in and outs, high knees, and butt kicks. Next, we did a cardio set of 10 straight knee jumps, 10 bent knee jumps, and 10 burpees. Everyone was given 30 seconds of rest and the set was repeated. Following, we did an ab set consisting of flutter kicks, pilates, V ups, and plank hold, 30 seconds of each exercise. The set was repeated 3 times. Next, we did a lounge pulse set twice through with 14 lunges per side (middle, left, right). Lastly we finished off with the classic ab set we taught last week. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 40 minutes.
