Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home (#108)

On July 17, the Sugar Land Branch began the 2022 summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Stay Fit At Home instructors welcomed new and returning participants. Instructors began with a warmup of jumping jacks. The first exercise set alternated between shoulder taps and a cardio exercise (high knees, squat jumps, or lounge steps). The set was repeated. Next, we did calf raises on each leg, then on both legs. This was repeated. Finally, we did an ab set twice through. The session lasted for 40 minutes. AYLUS participants were Isabella Wu and Nicole Wu.
