Irvine Branch Picks Up Litter at Local Beach on June 12, 2021

On June 12, 2021, the Irvine Branch of AYLUS traveled to Huntington Beach, a local beach, to help clean up litter and excess trash from the beaches to keep our environment clean.

Many volunteers all teamed up to meet at the beach and clean waste from 10 AM to 12 PM on June 12. Following social distancing, we were able to further our cause for a clean, healthy environment by removing any excesses that could potentially interfere with natural processes around us. We are very grateful to have this opportunity to help and give back to our dearest community.

Volunteers: Brian Song, Tim Cai, Asher Ding, Sarah Fan, Annie Lee, Clayland Lee, Amanda Li, Alex Liu (2 hrs each)
