Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#68) on April 10

On April 10, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Instructors first began with a warm up consisting of a few cardio exercises, arm circles, and leg stretches. Next, instructors introduced a new exercise called gecko for the first set. The second set focused on cardio and ab exercises. The set was repeated. The session lasted for 30 minutes. AYLUS participants were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
