Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#36) on November 11

On November 11, the Sugar Land branch continued Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. This session consisted of one set that worked out the whole body. Members consecutively did knee to elbows, burpees, leg raises, mt climbers, bridge ups, supermans, pushups, jumping jacks, right/left leg bridge ups, high knees, and sit ups, for 30 seconds with 5 seconds of rest in between each. To conclude, we continued the tradition of planksgiving by holding a plank for 1 minute. Participating members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh. Reported by Jialu Liu
