Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#32) on October 28

On October 28, Sugar Land AYLUS branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions.  Instructors began with a build-up cardio workout. Participants started with 30 seconds of jumping jacks and eventually built their way up to 2 minutes, with rest in between. Following, participants did a mix-set including pushups, mountain climbers, and burpees. Participating members were Elliott Yeh and Jialu Liu
