AYLUS Pearland Supports Flock Party

On October 12th, 2019, AYLUS volunteered and donated homemade dishes to Dawson High School’s Asian Culture Club for the school’s 2019 “Flock Party” event.

As one of the most popular events at Dawson High School, the parking lot was full hours before the event.  Volunteers had to wait in a long line to drop off the food to the organizers in order to have the stand ready before 6:00 pm. When the event began, a massive amount of people rushed towards the Asian Culture Club booth and AYLUS volunteers worked with the club’s officers to sell and distribute the food to the guests. It was not an easy task, with over 500 people visiting the event and the booth.

By the end of the event at 8:00 pm, the Asian Culture Club, alongside AYLUS volunteers, had successfully sold food to hundreds of people. The proceeds went to fund the club’s events and promote Asian Culture at Dawson High School.

AYLUS volunteers for the event are Jayden Lu, Andy Jiang, Matthew Li, Aaron Wu, Karen Lu, Iris Chen.
