Columbus Branch Went LSS Faith Mission Community Kitchen to help wrap presents on December 16, 2017

On December 16, 3027, the AYLUS group went to the Columbus Faith Mission Community Kitchen to help wrap presents. The four volunteers were Aidan, Xin Chen, Eileen, and Michelle Z. The group was assigned to making men’s presents, which involved putting lotion, shampoo, deodorant, razors, washcloths, and a gift card inside a basket. The basket was then wrapped with cellophane. Then, a backpack was filled with winter gear, like gloves, socks, and scarves. The backpacks also included small candies. The basket and the backpack were placed inside a box, which was then wrapped. Attached to all the boxes was a card. At the end of the day, about 275 gifts were made, ready for handing out.
