Description of the Hightstown Branch

We found our branch in Hightstown to combat the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic, as we saw firsthand how it tipped the scales of many middle-class families from stability to an uncertain future. In this time of hardship, we wanted to give back to our community through service and dedications to charitable organizations to benefit those in need. Our mission is to help our community through this time of hardship, engaging students constructively to promote leadership and teamwork. Some of our projects will include fundraisers, tutoring services, food drives, and park clean-ups in order to be able to contribute to our community. Members will also be able to initiate their projects and volunteer events, allowing for more detailed and centered projects to occur based on changing situations. Through these projects, we hope to be able to give back to our town and help advance our part of society. The commitment of students toward our AYLUS branch will also help to develop leadership, problem-solving, time management, and personal development. Members will also be able to explore their interests, with different projects and events having different types of skill sets needed.

Congratulations to Anshal Vyas, Anees Patel, and Prab Mann of the Hightstown Branch! Great job!
