Today at Ridge Oak, volunteers helped a senior adjust their device settings to allow WeChat full access to all photos. The volunteer guided the senior through the necessary privacy and permission settings, making it easier for them to access and share pictures through the application.
At today’s technology support session, volunteers helped seniors become more comfortable navigating their device settings and managing application permissions. Through patient, one-on-one guidance, the senior gained a better understanding of how to adjust settings to meet their needs and use WeChat more effectively. The session also provided an opportunity for volunteers and seniors to connect and strengthen the supportive community at Ridge Oak.
