It was an unexpectedly warm day after a cold morning. The trees swayed with idleness and laziness. Jack met with the volunteers with a bright smile and started the weekly sport activities right off the bat with a few minutes on the swings. Yucheng and Jack played catch and talked a bit about school and life. Isabelle and Christina played with Austin on the playground with paw patrol toys. All in all, the volunteers had tons of fun and enjoyed each other’s company. The activities ended with Yucheng playing some light table tennis, showing his skills and atheism while also making the kids laugh. With every weekly sport activity, the volunteers hoped to spread smiles and make happiness contagious!
