On September 5, 2026, volunteers gathered at Ed Thompson Inclusive Park for another fun-filled My PlayClub event with our special needs friends.
The weather was hot and challenging, but the heat did not diminish the volunteers’ enthusiasm or dedication. With smiles and plenty of energy, they spent the afternoon playing games, creating balloon art, painting faces, and sharing joyful moments with participants.
Despite the scorching temperatures, everyone remained passionate about making the event welcoming, inclusive, and fun. The smiles of our special needs friends and the appreciation from their families made every moment worthwhile.
The sun was hot, but our hearts were even warmer! We are grateful to all the volunteers who continued to give their time, energy, and love to the special needs community.
