On August 22, 2026, a group of AYLUS Houston Branch members volunteered in organizing a shoe drive at the Seven Lakes High School Freshman Center. We set up at the Freshman Center and worked together to receive, collect, and load all the donated shoes into cars. Everybody pitched in to carry bags/boxes and we got everything packed up efficiently within the hour.
Stella Zhao and Amy Li spent an additional hour transporting all the collected shoes directly to The Ballard House for drop-off on August 24, 2026. It was a really successful event and everything came together smoothly.
