AYLUS Great Neck Branch Volunteers at Kings Point Park (61th) (5/31/2026)

On May 31, AYLUS members volunteered at Kings Point Park to help maintain and improve the park’s trail system. Volunteers worked together to spread wood chips along walking paths, helping to create safer and more comfortable trails for park visitors. Through teamwork and dedication, members contributed to the upkeep of the natural environment and supported the park’s ongoing conservation efforts.

The service project provided members with an opportunity to give back to the community while promoting environmental stewardship. By improving trail conditions, the volunteers helped reduce erosion and enhance accessibility for future visitors. The event was a rewarding experience that allowed participants to make a positive impact while enjoying time outdoors and working alongside fellow AYLUS members.
