On January 31, 2026, volunteers from the Austin Branch gathered for a community cleanup to restore our local waterways. By removing harmful waste such as plastics, cans, and electronics, the team improved water quality and protected vital habitats for local species, including the Springs Salamander and the Golden-cheeked Warbler. These efforts ensure a healthier, more resilient ecosystem for both our wildlife and our neighbors. Volunteers: Michael Qu (4 hours), Sophia Guo (4 hours), Liana Chen (4 hours).
