Since July 1, 2025, the AYLUS Data Team have continued data tracking system to monitor volunteer events and project progress. Team members have maintained and updated a robust database using the Oracle APEX platform.
Volunteers performed manual data entry and seamlessly integrates information on volunteers, members, projects, and events. End users can easily update the database as needed, with automated reporting and analytical tools providing valuable insights and performance summaries.
