AYLUS Oyster Bay hosted a Women in Science event at Nissequogue River Park, where participants explored DNA science, black hole physics, and fossil formation. Hands-on activities included DNA experiments, black hole simulations, and creating fossils on clay.

This event not only deepened our understanding of scientific principles but also celebrated the achievements of women in STEM. It highlighted the importance of gender diversity in science, inspiring young women to pursue careers in STEM fields. By recognizing the contributions of women in science, we aim to break barriers, encourage innovation, and promote a more inclusive scientific community.
