On 9/28/2024, four volunteers went to FAM food pantry for three and a half hours from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The supervisor was Jasmine’s mom, Jenny Ye. The volunteers first sorted various frozen foods into fridges and crates, then they sorted various dry goods into boxes and bags. Once all the food had been sorted, they went and helped to unload more boxes of food from a truck onto pallets, which were consequently carried over to the fridge section and also sorted. Afterwards, Jasmine stacked unused banana boxes and threw out flattened cardboard boxes while Kevin, Eric and Eastwood dumped out expired milk.
