AYLUS Plano & Frisco Branch: Collecting Books for 5th African Library Project-Lesotho on July 14th, 2024

The African Library Project is an organization dedicated to creating and improving libraries all across Africa. This is AYLUS’s 5th African Library Project, and we are honored to help out the ALP. Our  group of AYLUS members have collected an estimate of 1000 books to donate on August 10 for our 5th African Library Project. Through this experience we have learned about the unwavering dedication of organizations whom strive to make the world a better place and have raised awareness to our community about the ALP.
Volunteers:
Amelia Kuo (Event Leader): 50 books & 3 hours
Alex Lin: 66 books & 3 hours
Andrew Wang: 77 books & 3 hours
Jasper Kuo: 50 books & 3 hours
