On Oct. 28th, West Essex AYLUS members volunteered with My Circle of Friends to provide music class for special needs children. Members first read the lyrics together with the participants. The volunteers worked with each participant to sing line by line till they can sing it out loud. Then volunteers and participants sang the song as a group. The group practiced “You are my sunshine” and “Do re mi”. Then learned a new song for the holidays, Jingle bells. Volunteers took turns sing with the participates and then drew a charismas tree together.
